Argentine grill on Masaryk since 1986
Cambalache has been Mexico's reference point for Argentine grilling since 1986, and the Polanco branch on the corner of Alejandro Dumas and Avenida Presidente Masaryk is its most visible room. Four decades in, it still does the thing that made the name: a parrilla worked properly, big cuts, and service that treats a two-hour lunch as normal.
The kitchen works the Argentine grill tradition, prime cuts cooked over charcoal and served in the unhurried style the brand built its name on. The wine list follows the same lineage, weighted toward Argentine reds. Cambalache describes its own Polanco room as sophisticated and elegant, built around hospitality as much as the grill itself.
The brand now runs eight locations across Mexico, from Cancun and Coyoacan to Toluca and Vallejo, with Polanco among the Mexico City rooms. The Polanco address sits in the middle of the neighborhood's luxury retail corridor on Avenida Presidente Masaryk.
