Argentine grill on Masaryk since 1986
Cambalache has been Mexico's reference point for Argentine grilling since 1986, and the Polanco branch on the corner of Alejandro Dumas and Avenida Presidente Masaryk is its most visible room. The beef is USDA Prime, cut in the Argentine idiom, with bife de chorizo and churrasco the orders that regulars default to. Around them sit imported fish and shellfish from Canada and the United States, grilled octopus, a full pasta section in the River Plate tradition, and desserts that stay resolutely Argentine, from souffles to alfajores and tiramisu. The wine list is heavy on Mendoza malbec and Mexican reds.
