Cuerno is the Polanco steakhouse that brought northern Mexican grilling to the corner of Masaryk and Aristoteles. The group started in Nuevo Leon and has since opened in Zapopan and New York, but the Mexico City room is the one that set the template: dark, designed, permanently full, and running from lunch until one or two in the morning.
