Fonda Fina works a simple idea hard: take the dishes that define an everyday Mexican fonda and cook them with the sourcing and precision of a serious kitchen. The menu runs through guisados, antojitos and comida corrida staples built from produce brought in from several Mexican states, rotated with the seasons rather than fixed in place all year.
