Hotaru is Grupo Costeno's contemporary sushi bar, and the Arcos branch is the one the group itself labels the Speakeasy: a dark, intimate room inside Arcos Bosques in Bosques de las Lomas, set apart from the mall traffic and built around the counter rather than the tables. It is the sibling of the Lomas, Mitikah, Monterrey, Puebla and Madrid rooms, and it keeps the same brief, which the group sums up as intimate, provocative, unique.
