Ryoshi is the Polanco outpost of Grupo Costeno's Japanese restaurant-bar, planted on Masaryk 111 and built to work as both a serious sushi room and a place people stay past midnight. The layout tells you as much: a nigiri counter and a robata grill at the centre, a long bar behind them, and a terrace that opens to the avenue.
The kitchen leans premium rather than traditional, mixing Japanese and Asian technique with Latin American touches.
