USDA Prime steaks and Nova Scotia lobster in Polanco
The Palm arrived in Polanco more than twenty years ago and still runs the playbook that made the original 1926 Manhattan steakhouse famous: USDA Prime beef, oversized Nova Scotia lobster, white tablecloths and caricatures of regulars covering the walls.
Executive chef Jose Luis Ronquillo builds the menu around the cuts, with bone-in rib eye, New York strip and filet mignon served New York style in portions sized for sharing. The jumbo Nova Scotia lobster is the other signature, appearing whole off the grill and worked into pastas and salads, alongside steakhouse standards such as creamed spinach and half-and-half potatoes.
