Mexican Pacific seafood restaurant at the Four Seasons Mexico City on Reforma
Zanaya is the restaurant of the Four Seasons Mexico City on Paseo de la Reforma, cooking Mexican Pacific cuisine built on fresh seafood, artisanal produce and local spices. Tables are spread across a terrace, a patio, the bar and an interior dining room, with the hotel garden as the backdrop.
It runs from breakfast onward: 7 AM to 11 PM Monday through Saturday, and 7 AM to 6 PM on Sunday, when brunch is served in the garden with live music. A late breakfast buffet runs until 3 PM, and the dress code is smart casual.
Executive chef Jesus Sanchez leads the kitchen, and the restaurant keeps two private rooms, Tecuala and San Blas, for celebrations and group dinners.
