Mexican Pacific seafood restaurant at the Four Seasons Mexico City on Reforma
Zanaya is the restaurant of the Four Seasons Mexico City on Paseo de la Reforma, between Burdeos and Lieja, cooking Mexican Pacific cuisine built on fresh seafood, artisanal produce and local spices. Tables are spread across a terrace, a patio, the bar and an interior dining room, with the hotel garden as the backdrop, and there is counter seating for anyone eating alone.
It runs from breakfast onward: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, when brunch is served in the garden with live music. A late breakfast buffet runs until 3 p.m., which makes a long unhurried morning here as much the point as dinner. Vegan and gluten-free dishes are available, takeout is offered, and guests can bring their own wine for a corkage fee alongside the full bar, cocktail list and wine list.
Executive chef Jesus Sanchez leads the kitchen, and the restaurant keeps two private rooms, Tecuala and San Blas, for celebrations and group dinners.
