Shellona is the Greek-influenced beach club restaurant on Pampelonne Beach in Saint-Tropez, run by the Bagatelle Group as one of two flagships on the Pampelonne stretch alongside Loulou and Bagatelle. The venue combines an indoor restaurant section with an outdoor terrace that opens directly onto the beach, plus a sand-front dayclub area with daybeds and bottle service that runs from late morning into the afternoon. The afternoon program transitions gradually into a sunset dinner that runs until midnight, making Shellona one of the few Saint-Tropez venues that genuinely operates as a single all-day destination.
