Nikkei restaurant, cabaret and club in the former Papagayo space in Saint-Tropez
Temporarily closed for the season. Gaïo Club reopens on Apr 1, 2027. The hours below are the normal schedule.
Gaïo took over the old Papagayo space in 2017, a Saint-Tropez nightlife address that dates back to 1962, and turned it into a restaurant, cabaret and club under one roof at 4 Rue du 11 Novembre 1918. It opened with outsized works by the neo-expressionist artist Domingo Zapata on its walls and an Art Deco look set off by large velvet sofas. Doors open every night at 9pm and the party runs until 5am.
The kitchen is Nikkei, the meeting of Japanese and Peruvian cooking. Starters run from a classic John Dory ceviche with leche de tigre and a bluefin tuna tiradito to wagyu nigiri and the Gaïo roll of bluefin tuna, fried shrimp and flamed foie gras. Anticucho grills of chicken, fish and octopus follow, along with beef tenderloin, picanha and a 1.5 kg tomahawk to share.
Dinner comes with a show. Cabaret performers set the tone while the tables are still full, and later in the night it becomes a club, with a long roster of guest DJs taking the booth over the season.
Tell us the night and your group size, and our Saint-Tropez partner will arrange the table.

Frequently asked about Gaïo Club
How do I book a table at Gaïo Club in Saint-Tropez?
Submit the reservation request on this page and our Saint-Tropez partner confirms your table, quotes any minimum spend in writing, and coordinates arrival before you commit. Your host opens the door on arrival so you walk straight to a ready table.
How much is a table at Gaïo Club?
A table at Gaïo Club depends on the night (weekends and event dates price highest), your group size, and where the table sits relative to the DJ booth and dance floor. Rather than a price that changes weekly, our Saint-Tropez partner quotes your exact minimum spend in writing when confirming, so you know the cost before you arrive.
What is the dress code at Gaïo Club?
Gaïo Club keeps an upscale nightlife dress code: stylish, dressed-up attire. Avoid athletic wear, gym shoes, and overly casual looks. Your host manages the door with your table, and we confirm the current policy with your booking.
What time should I arrive at Gaïo Club?
Table guests generally arrive as the room fills, with the peak on weekends. Your MyRSVP host coordinates a specific arrival window so you are not waiting in line.
