Verde Beach · Saint-Tropez
Provencal beach restaurant with Bali-made beds on Pampelonne Beach in Ramatuelle
Temporarily closed for the season. Verde Beach reopens on May 1, 2027. The hours below are the normal schedule.
Verde Beach sits on Pampelonne Beach in Ramatuelle, set along Chemin de l'Epi. Its beds and sun loungers were handcrafted in Bali, and the whole place leans into that Balinese look against the Riviera water. It opens every day from 11am to 8pm, and the kitchen closes at 5:30pm, so lunch is the meal to plan the day around.
The cooking draws on Provence and the South of France: seasonal produce, grilled seafood, colorful vegetables and plates meant for sharing. The 2026 menu opens with yellowtail crudo in aguachile and tuna tartare with a truffle and yuzu vinaigrette, then moves on to grilled Mediterranean octopus, lobster linguine, Dover sole meuniere and a veal alla Milanese for the table. The truffle pizzetta is the house signature.
As the afternoon turns toward sunset, the Beach Bar takes over with signature cocktails, chilled Champagne and music, and the events calendar adds seaside celebrations and live performances through the season. Verde also has addresses in Paris, Dubai and New York, and Verde Beach takes bookings for private dining and corporate events.
Tell us the day and your group size, and our Saint-Tropez partner will arrange the beach bed or table.
