La Table de la Messardiere is the panoramic terrace restaurant of Airelles Chateau de la Messardiere, the 19th-century palace set above Saint-Tropez in a park of umbrella pines and cypress trees. Dressed in soft ivory and sky blue, with deep sofas and sunlit tables, it looks out over a wide view of the Bay of Pampelonne.
The daytime kitchen is Mediterranean and generous, built around a lavish buffet: a starters spread of charcuterie, seasonal vegetables, salads and cheeses, a seafood bar of shellfish and crustaceans according to availability, and a selection of hot fish and meat dishes. Lunch is 188 euros per person before drinks, with lobster, caviar and wagyu charged separately. The Sunday seafood lunch is the signature sitting.
For summer 2026 the pastry is signed by Cedric Grolet, the celebrated patissier whose sculpted fruits, giant cookies and viennoiseries have made his name, and his creations anchor the dessert buffet. Guests who come only for his desserts can take a seat at the bar between 1pm and 3pm without a reservation.
In the evening La Table serves a menu inspired by the French bistro, pairing classic dishes with Mediterranean influences, with a sommelier on hand for pairings. Lunch runs from 1pm to 3pm and dinner from 7pm to 10:30pm every day, both by reservation on SevenRooms.
