Catch Scottsdale brings the seafood, sushi, and steak house that debuted in New York's Meatpacking District in 2011 to Scottsdale Fashion Square, where it arrived in 2025. The restaurant covers 12,000 square feet, the music is curated in-house, and the energy builds through the evening, so dinner here easily becomes the main event.
The signatures are the ones Catch is known for: the Catch Roll with crab, salmon, and miso-honey, the Truffle Sashimi with black truffle puree and Kaluga caviar, and the Wagyu Fried Rice. The sushi program sources fish directly from Tokyo's Toyosu Market, and the Wagyu Hot Rock is cooked tableside. For a table that wants to go big, the Omakase Boat brings 12 pieces of nigiri and 12 of sashimi.
The bar keeps pace with handcrafted cocktails, a bespoke martini service, and a curated list of globally sourced wines. Thursday through Saturday from 5 PM, the Emerald Lounge runs as an intimate late-night room with a cocktail-driven feel, Toyosu Market sushi, and an off-menu A5 Wagyu Sando.
Dinner runs Monday through Thursday from 5 to 10 PM and Friday through Sunday from 4 to 10 PM, with a weekend brunch of raw bar, sushi, and a bakery and dessert station on Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM. Dress is smart elegant, which here means no shorts, slides, tank tops, sweatshirts, sweatpants, athletic wear, t-shirts, sleeveless shirts, beachwear, indoor sunglasses, or ripped jeans, and underage guests finish their visit by 8 PM.
