BKK Social Club is the grand cocktail bar of the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok on the Chao Phraya River, and one of the defining rooms of the city's modern nightlife. Conceived around the glamour of Buenos Aires and run by Berlin-born bar veteran Philip Bischoff, formerly of Singapore's Manhattan, it has become a fixture on The World's 50 Best Bars list - as high as number 13 globally and named the best bar in Asia in 2023.
Designed by AvroKO, the room is pure theater: a striking back bar, deep green velvet banquettes, tropical foliage and low golden light, framed by large colonial-style gates inspired by 19th-century Argentine architecture. It is built for spontaneous, sociable gathering rather than quiet sipping.
