Gaggan Anand is the single biggest name in Bangkok dining, and his eponymous flagship is the hottest table in the city. After a headline-making split from his original restaurant, he reopened here in 2019 with a 14-seat chef's counter and a menu that runs past twenty courses. In 2025 it was named the best restaurant in Asia, and in 2026 Michelin finally added a star.
The room is a stage. Just fourteen seats face the counter, close enough that Anand himself orchestrates the night - part chef, part conductor, part provocateur - turning dinner into pure theatre rather than a quiet meal. The energy is fast, loud and joyfully irreverent by design.
