LouRoc is the Michelin-starred dinner restaurant at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, the storied Riviera hotel on the tip of Cap d'Antibes between Cannes and Nice. It is the gastronomic counterpart to the hotel's all-day Restaurant Eden-Roc: where the sea terrace handles the long lunch, LouRoc is the evening table, set under the pavilion's original arches with the Mediterranean going dark beyond the glass.
Chef Sebastien Broda holds the star here, cooking a Provencal and Mediterranean menu built on the region's small producers: vegetables from local market gardeners, fish from small-scale Riviera fisheries, and bespoke meats. Pastry is in the hands of Lilian Bonnefoi. The kitchen reads as a dialogue between Provence and the sea, offered as a tasting menu or a la carte.
The room was reimagined in 2020 as part of the hotel's 150th-anniversary refresh, keeping the historic arches and adding contemporary furniture and a lighter palette. The mood is old-money Riviera at night, jackets and quiet glamour, with sunset the reason to book the early seating.
Like the hotel, LouRoc is seasonal, running roughly April through October, dinner only. Tables move quickly around the Cannes Film Festival in May and through the July and August peak. Reserve through the hotel well ahead, and ask for terrace-side placement for the sunset service.
