Signature dishes include Roasted Sea Bass with olive tapenade, Lamb Saddle, and Artichoke Velouté, alongside refined desserts like Lemon Soufflé—each plate emphasizes precise presentation and seasonal produce. The restaurant operates lunch service from noon to 2:00 p.m. and dinner from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, with live music and attentive service throughout. Tables here are prime real estate, especially during festival season, when booking weeks ahead becomes standard. Hours, dress, and planning windows

What to know before you visit LouRoc. The room operates on these hours: Daily 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM (dinner only, seasonal). On the dress side: Elegant attire required. Gentlemen: long sleeves, trousers and closed shoes. Peak demand in Cannes falls around May (Festival de Cannes) and the July–August high-season window, sharpest on Festival de Cannes, yacht-tender arrivals at Quai Laubeuf — those are the dates the reservation book closes furthest out. If the main dining room is full on your target date, ask the restaurant about chef’s counter, bar seats or a tasting-menu slot; those formats often stay open days after the primary book has gone. Operational note: LOCATION NOTE: Louroc is actually at Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, not Cannes itself — confirm whether this should be on the Cannes list. Reservations open to non-hotel guests.
