LouRoc is the Michelin-starred dinner restaurant at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, the Riviera hotel on Cap d'Antibes between Cannes and Nice. It holds one star in the 2026 Michelin Guide, and dinner here comes with attentive service, tableware made largely by Provencal artisans and a wide view over the Mediterranean.
Chef Sebastien Broda cooks Mediterranean and Provencal food built on the region's small producers: vegetables sourced only from local market gardeners, fish from small-scale fisheries and bespoke meats. The plates are precise and coherent, and the Michelin Guide singles out the dessert course and its talented pastry chef.
LouRoc took over the Eden-Roc pavilion by night in 2020, the hotel's 150th anniversary year, while the Restaurant Eden-Roc kept the daytime service in the same space. The original arches were kept and refreshed with bespoke contemporary furniture and soft lighting in shades of ocean blue, with touches of coral and natural wood.
LouRoc serves dinner only, with the first seatings at 7:30 p.m., and it is a seasonal restaurant, with dinner reservations currently offered into October.
