La Villa Archange is the great gastronomic table above Cannes, chef Bruno Oger's two-Michelin-star restaurant set in a restored 18th-century Provencal bastide in Le Cannet, ten minutes up into the hills from the Croisette. Oger is a Breton, trained under Georges Blanc, who earned his first stars in Cannes before opening his own bastide here in 2009 and winning two stars within about ten months.
