Sepia occupies a converted 19th-century print shop on North Jefferson Street, a Michelin-starred kitchen in Chicago's West Loop. Executive Chef Andrew Zimmerman runs it on a seasonal, farm-to-table approach that shifts with the market.
The 50-seat main dining room keeps the building's industrial bones, exposed brick and reclaimed wood, and softens them with chandeliers and intimate booth seating. A private dining room holds up to 50 guests, a lush patio extends the warm season, and soft jazz and precise service set the pace.
