Executive Chef Sylvain Noel drives a Provencal-leaning kitchen: organic yellowfin tuna tartare, beef albondigas, and seasonal plates paired with cocktails from mixologist Ruslan Svezhenko. The mood stays deliberately mellow, with DJs spinning chilled, uplifting tracks out of the DRIFT Sea Lounge and setting the tone for sunset aperitivos and long afternoon sessions.
Sun loungers run AED 150-250 on weekdays and AED 200-250 on weekends. Private cabanas (6-7 guests minimum) start at AED 5,000 and scale to AED 15,000 for larger weekend groups, each bundling priority access, dedicated service, and complimentary mixers. The dress code holds to beach-chic standards, with no religious dress or burkinis at the pool, and a 16+ minimum that requires adult supervision for guests aged 16 to 20.
The beach runs daily 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the restaurant open until 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 9:00 PM Friday through Sunday.
