At.mosphere occupies Level 122 of the Burj Khalifa, about 442 meters above Downtown Dubai and long ranked among the highest restaurants in the world. It is reached through a dedicated entrance via the Armani Hotel lobby lifts at the tower's base, separate from the At the Top observation queues, and splits into two rooms: a formal fine-dining Restaurant and a looser Lounge for afternoon tea, sunset drinks and late plates.
The dining room was renovated in 2023 into an art deco-inspired space of burgundy and midnight blue, with gold accents, dark wood and mosaicked floors. From this height the city looks like a map, the fountains and the Gulf laid out below, and the light shifts across a meal from gold to deep blue.
Window tables are the ones to ask for, and they go first. The kitchen works a modern European fine-dining menu with a French heart, offered as tasting and a la carte, plated with the precision the address demands. In the Lounge the format loosens toward afternoon tea, cocktails and small plates for guests who want the view without a full dinner.
