CouCou Dubai is a rooftop restaurant on level 52 of the Palm Tower, home to The View at the Palm, at St. Regis The Palm Jumeirah. The kitchen is Mediterranean-inspired and led by Executive Chef Kanchana, and the restaurant runs on a seasonal calendar, closing over the summer and reopening each September for Dubai's cooler months.
The room is built around a 360-degree view of Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai coastline, with cozy booths for dinner, a dedicated Sky Lounge bar for cocktails, and an open rooftop area set aside for dancing once the tables turn over. The overall format leans nocturnal, with the dining room feeding into a livelier rooftop scene as the night goes on.
