Fi'Lia occupies the 70th floor of SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences in Business Bay, where chef Celia Stoecklin leads an all-women kitchen team on a three-part menu: Nonna's classics, Mamma's twists, and Fi'lia's innovations, built on handmade pasta, wood-fired cooking and seasonal ingredients.
The restaurant held the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2022 and 2023; it is now listed as a Michelin Guide Selected Restaurant. Signature dishes include the carpaccio, linguine alle vongole, and a tiramisu served in its own coffee cup, alongside wood-fired pizza and handmade pasta from the open kitchen.
