Orfali Bros is the Jumeirah 1 restaurant of three Syrian brothers, Mohammad, Wassim and Omar Orfali, and it holds two MICHELIN stars in the 2026 Dubai selection, promoted two years after its first. It is the first Middle Eastern kitchen in the city to reach that tier.
The restaurant sits in Wasl 51 Mall on Al Wasl Road, built around a two-storey open kitchen with a pastry workshop of its own, and the room was refreshed with wood panelling and designer furnishings.
Service is tasting-only, across three menus. Aromas of Aleppo runs at AED 295 a head and The OG Menu at AED 350, both built around the signatures the kitchen is known for, while The Voyage Menu at AED 795 is the long route and draws on Syrian, Turkish and Armenian cooking. Non-alcoholic pairings are offered alongside every menu.
Dinner runs Monday and Wednesday through Saturday from 5:45 pm, with a Sunday that opens at 1:30 pm and carries through to 11:30 pm. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. Tables are released online and the long menu fills first, so book well ahead and set aside a full evening.
