Rialto · Restaurant · Dubai

An Italian restaurant at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab with Venetian cicchetti and a hidden bar.
Rialto is an Italian restaurant inside Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab on Jumeirah Road in Umm Suqeim, on the same resort floor as its own later-running Rialto Bar next door. The kitchen works from Venetian and northern Italian references, built around raw seafood, handmade pasta and a dedicated cicchetti list of small Venetian bites.
The dining room is a grand, vaulted space with an Art Deco edge, deep blue fabrics set against cream and gold fixtures, its own deli counter, a walk-in bubbly cellar and a hidden bar across from the main floor. Aperitivo opens most tables, with a Focaccia di Recco service ahead of the rest of the menu.
Raw plates run from tartare di tonno e caviale to seabass and yellowtail crudo, pastas include a signature il raviolo di rialto and a linguine all'astice built on whole lobster, and the main list runs to a bistecca alla fiorentina T-bone and an orata in calzone, seabream baked inside a pizza crust that the kitchen lists as its own specialty.
Rialto opens Wednesday through Sunday only, with lunch from 12:30 to 3 pm and dinner from 6:30 to 11 pm, and is closed Monday and Tuesday. Dress is smart casual at lunch and elegant for dinner, and reservations run through the resort's own booking system.
