Above Eleven Dubai is a rooftop restaurant, lounge and sky bar rising above Palm West Beach, part of the well-traveled Bangkok-born brand and rooted in Peru's Nikkei heritage. The design nods to New York's Central Park - lush greenery, lanterns and playful accents wrapped around an open-air deck that frames Dubai Marina, the Burj Al Arab and the Palm.
The draw is Peruvian-Japanese cooking: ceviche and tiradito, robata skewers and anticuchos, sushi and sashimi, bao and slow-cooked lomo, alongside a Pisco-forward cocktail program built around the signature Pisco Sour. As the sun drops the lights come up, resident DJs take over and the terrace turns into one of the more atmospheric, foliage-filled scenes on this stretch of coast.
