Nikki Beach Ibiza sits on the east coast at S'Argamassa, just outside Santa Eulalia del Rio, with panoramic views over the Balearic Sea. After more than a decade on the island it unveiled a renovation in 2024, and the club now spreads across an outdoor restaurant, cabanas, a pool area and the beach.
Executive chef Thierry Zaragoza draws on his Mallorcan roots for an international menu with a Spanish twist, built on fresh, locally sourced and seasonal produce. The restaurant serves from noon to 6pm, the pool and beach stay open until 7pm, and the DJ sets the mood around the pool as the afternoon goes on.
Each week has a set rhythm. Monday Brunch Club eases in the week, Fridays bring Terra Beat, Saturdays are Nu Disco Paradise, and Sundays belong to Amazing Sundays, all running from noon to 7pm. The 2026 season closes with a Season Finale weekend on October 10 and 11, with live entertainment and special creations from the kitchen and bar.
