Nikki Beach Saint-Tropez opened on Pampelonne Beach in 2002, at 1093 Route de l'Epi in Ramatuelle, and in 2024 it was completely renovated with a refreshed layout, a pool area, a bar and a restaurant set beneath the umbrella pines. Guests lounge on plush daybeds, and the crowd mixes travelers from around the world with French locals.
Lunch comes in two moods. The first seating, from noon to 2 p.m., is the relaxed one, made for long Mediterranean lunches, cocktails and sunbathing. The second seating starts between 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., and that is when the energy builds, with guest and resident DJs turning lunch into the celebration the club is known for. Saturdays in season are Saturdance WILDISCO, with DJs and live sax from noon to 8 p.m.
The menu draws on Nikki Beach locations around the world: the Sexy Salad, the signature Caesar, tuna tartare, sushi platters and rolls, and a sushi pizzetta, with signature cocktails alongside. The restaurant and pool are open daily from noon to 8 p.m. in season, and the 2026 season ended with a closing weekend on September 12 and 13.
