Blue Marlin sits right on the water at Cala Jondal, on Ibiza's south coast in Sant Josep, and bills itself as day-to-night dining, beach and music. A long lunch by the sea slides into cocktails and a sunset DJ set, all without leaving the sand.
This listing is for the restaurant itself. The kitchen works a Mediterranean menu with international influence: Ibiza red prawns and crayfish from the Josper grill, fish of the day baked in salt or grilled, king crab, oysters and Oscietra caviar, Wagyu cuts, bright salads and Spaghetti Jondal with lobster. A separate sushi bar menu and a full cocktail list run alongside.
Every night on the calendar has its own name, from Your Kind of Blue on Mondays to Showtime Sunday, the Sunday party now past two decades that has brought DJs such as Pete Tong and Steve Lawler to the terrace. On event days the party usually starts around 5pm, the music stays outside until 11pm, and from Thursday to Sunday the indoor club carries on after that. Guests arriving by sea can use the venue's dinghy service, which needs booking in advance.
The 2026 season runs daily from April 25 to October 4, and on Sundays the venue recommends arriving before 7pm.
