Homemade Italian dinners in a garden finca on the road to Sant Josep, fed by its own organic garden
Can Domingo sits in a finca surrounded by nature at kilometer 9.8 of the road from Ibiza town to Sant Josep, about ten minutes from the airport. It opened in 2012, and its tables are spread through the gardens and terraces under a canopy of mature olive and fruit trees.
The food is Italian, and everything from the pasta and bread to the desserts is made in house. Organic produce comes from local farmers or straight from the restaurant's own permaculture garden, where no pesticides or chemicals are used, and the kitchen can tailor many vegetable-only and gluten-free dishes.
Chef Giuseppe Vivacqua, known as Beppe, grew up in Turin in a family with roots in Calabria. The 2026 menu runs from vitello tonnato and homemade tagliolini with Umbrian black truffle to three-roast ravioli del plin and La Milanese/Torinese, a veal cutlet breaded in homemade grissini crumbs. Three themed tasting menus, From the Land, From the Sea and From the Garden, each run three courses plus dessert, and the wine list draws on Italy, France and Spain.
Can Domingo is a dinner restaurant, open from 7pm until late Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays.
