Savage Garden is a 12th-floor rooftop cocktail bar and restaurant atop the DoubleTree by Hilton at Tower Hill, 7 Pepys Street. Open-air terraces and a lush indoor lounge deliver near-360-degree views: the Tower of London and Tower Bridge to the south, the Shard across the river, and the Gherkin, Walkie Talkie and City towers to the north.
Cocktails are the headline - theatrical, well-built drinks such as Zima Blue and Tikka Gwaan - backed by a broad spirits, wine and Champagne list and a bar-food menu that runs to The Red One pulled beef burger and spicy miso chicken skewers. Saturday brings Cocktails and Waffles brunch from noon to 3pm.
