Cirque le Soir opened in 2009 at 15-21 Ganton Street in Soho, just off Carnaby Street, and built its reputation on circus-style spectacle. Fire-eaters, contortionists, and other live performers work through the room night after night, and the venue holds about 500 guests.
The design leans full theater: crimson velvet drapes, gilded cages, and mirrored walls surround a compact main dancefloor. Seating is tiered and tucked into shadowy vantages around the room, so every table keeps a view of both the performers and the floor below.
Resident and guest DJs play through the night alongside the live acts, moving between house, R&B, and open-format sets as the room fills. The circus theme runs through the whole night, so performers appear in and around the crowd as much as on a stage.
