The Maine is Joey Ghazal's New England brasserie set inside a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse at 20 Hanover Square, built in 1720 and reworked by BradyWilliams into what the team calls old-world British elegance crossed with New England extravagance and a touch of subterranean decadence. It runs five distinct rooms over three floors, the seafood is the star, and there is live music every night. If you know the Dubai flagship or the Ibiza outpost, this is the London chapter of the same family.
