Steak 48 opened in 2022 as the West Coast flagship of the steakhouse group, claiming 9680 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills with room for around 150 guests. The dining room draws its character from plush velvet booths, gleaming marble accents, and a dramatic glass-walled wine cellar holding more than 1,400 bottles. The horseshoe bar commands the best people-watching in the room, and string-lit patio seating extends the meal into the LA evening.
The kitchen builds around USDA Prime cuts, premium Japanese A5 Wagyu, and flown-in fresh seafood. The Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye runs $180 for 12 ounces of marbled richness, the Bone-In New York Strip is $72 for 14 ounces of robust char, and the Tomahawk for Two, a 32-ounce dry-aged cut, lands at $140.
