Westlight sits on the 22nd floor of The William Vale in Williamsburg, and its trick is lining up the Manhattan skyline across the East River without asking anyone to leave Brooklyn. The rooftop pairs 360-degree views with a serious cocktail program and small plates from chef Andrew Carmellini inspired by global street food.
