Keith McNally built it to feel like a Parisian brasserie that had always been there, and the illusion holds. The room at 80 Spring Street glows saffron-yellow, wrapped in oversized brass mirrors gone deliberately antiqued, a pressed-tin ceiling, worn tile floors, and high-backed red leather banquettes.
