Eleven Madison Park is Daniel Humm's three-Michelin-star flagship, a tasting-menu destination at the corner of East 24th Street and Madison Avenue, across from Madison Square Park. The full tasting menu runs about two to three hours, and most guests plan an entire evening around it.
The dining room sits at the base of a historic Art Deco building, and the details are custom made, from the staff's suits to the handblown water vases. The mood is hushed and precise, set by a service team that has helped make this, by many accounts, one of the best restaurants in the world. The bar runs its own tasting menu and takes both walk-ins and reservations, a good way in when the main room is booked on your date.
Humm's seasonal tasting runs six courses in the dining room and four to five at the bar. For four years the kitchen was strictly plant-based, and a fully plant-based menu remains an option. Since October 2025 guests choose between dishes on select courses, including fish, meat, and the famous honey-lavender-glazed duck, at the same price either way. The wine program holds a Wine Spectator Grand Award, and the cocktail list is worth arriving early for.
The dining room serves Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM, and Friday through Sunday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM. There is no dress code, though many guests dress up. Reservations open on the first of each month for the following month through Resy, with a waitlist when dates fill.
