Mauro Colagreco's outdoor restaurant at the Dior boutique on rue Francois Sibilli, Saint-Tropez
Monsieur Dior is the fashion house's restaurant in Saint-Tropez, set at the Dior boutique at 13 rue Francois Sibilli, a short walk from the Place des Lices. It took its current name in June 2026, when the boutique reopened after several months of renovation and its former table, Dior des Lices, became Monsieur Dior.
The kitchen is led by Mauro Colagreco, chef of Mirazur in Menton, which holds three stars in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide. Lunch and dinner are served every day, and in the evening the meal is Le Diner de Lune, a five-course tasting menu served to the whole table.
Every table sits outdoors, in a shaded space the restaurant describes as comfortable and refined. Swimwear, sarongs, beachwear and flip-flops are not allowed at lunch or dinner, or at any time after 6 p.m., while children and pets are welcome.
The outdoor restaurant is seasonal, with reservations running into early October. Tables are released 15 minutes after the booked time, and the restaurant asks guests to allow extra time on Tuesdays, the village market day, and on Saturdays, when traffic is heavier and parking is harder to find.
