Dior's garden restaurant off Place des Lices, overseen by Mauro Colagreco
Monsieur Dior is the fashion house's own restaurant in Saint-Tropez, tucked into the garden of the Dior boutique a short walk from the old port and the legendary Place des Lices. It relaunched for the 2026 season when the renovated boutique reopened after an extended closure, arriving as one of the most talked-about tables of the summer and a genuine fashion-house landmark.
The dining is overseen by Mauro Colagreco, the chef of the three-Michelin-star Mirazur in Menton, whose cooking is built around gardens, seasonality and the environment. To be clear, Monsieur Dior does not hold a Michelin star of its own - the draw is Colagreco's garden-driven approach and the Dior world it lives inside, not a rating on the door.
The room is really a garden. Guests sit on rattan armchairs under soft pastel parasols, among palm trees and fragrant flowers, in a sprawling Mediterranean courtyard just steps from the sea that turns a boutique visit into a long, unhurried lunch or a couture-scented dinner. It is one of the prettiest and most photographed settings in the village, and much of the appeal is the atmosphere and the address as much as the plate itself.
The cooking follows Colagreco's signature line - seasonal, produce-led, rooted in the flavors and colors of the South - with dishes named like couture silhouettes that nod to the Dior archives while staying grounded in local Mediterranean ingredients. Names read like pieces from a collection rather than a standard menu, yet the plates stay honest to southern produce. The result feels of a piece with the house: precise, decorative and unmistakably of the Riviera.
Menus are built as tasting experiences. There is a three-course Dejeuner de Soleil at lunch and a five-course Clair de Lune in the evening, with a la carte choices alongside for a lighter sitting. The house also runs a separate, year-round Cafe Dior for a more casual stop, but Monsieur Dior is the seasonal restaurant and the main event.
