Monsieur Dior is the fashion house's own restaurant in Saint-Tropez, tucked into the garden of the Dior boutique a short walk from the old port and the legendary Place des Lices. It relaunched for the 2026 season when the renovated boutique reopened after an extended closure, arriving as one of the most talked-about tables of the summer and a genuine fashion-house landmark.
The dining is overseen by Mauro Colagreco, the chef of the three-Michelin-star Mirazur in Menton, whose cooking is built around gardens, seasonality and the environment.
