Chim by Siam Wisdom is a one-Michelin-star Thai restaurant set in a traditional Thai house in Bangkok's Dusit district. At its helm is chef Thaninthorn "Noom" Chantrawan, familiar to Thai audiences from Iron Chef Thailand, who spent fourteen years in some of London's best kitchens, including Zuma and Sketch, before returning home to cook the food of his own heritage.
