Juksunchae made history in the 2026 Michelin Guide as Thailand's first Korean restaurant to win a star, a rare and refined Korean table in a city dominated by Thai and Japanese fine dining. The kitchen is led by chef Henry Lee, who reworks traditional Korean flavours into a modern, omakase-style progression - delicate, sophisticated and quietly precise.
It is a genuinely intimate room, seating just twelve guests around an exquisite counter cut from Italian marble that wraps the immaculate open kitchen. Having recently relocated within the Sukhumvit area, the space keeps the focus tight on the chef and the plate, closer to a private counter than a conventional restaurant.
