Maison Dunand is the deeply personal restaurant of chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier, a Savoyard who spent years leading Le Normandie at the Mandarin Oriental to two Michelin stars before opening his own house in 2023. Set on Sathorn Soi 10 in Bang Rak, it earned a Michelin star of its own that same year for a menu rooted in French Alpine cooking.
The setting is unusual for the city: two wood-framed houses built as a little chalet, inspired directly by the Alpine homes of the Savoie region. The effect is cosy and enveloping, a mountain retreat improbably tucked into a Bangkok soi, and it seats only a handful of guests at a time.
