Rooftop open-fire kitchen at ME Cabo over Medano Beach
Craft is an open-fire kitchen on the rooftop of ME Cabo on Medano Beach, with El Arco and the Sea of Cortez laid out beyond the terrace. It is open to the public and adults only. The idea is fire, flavor and craft: almost everything touches flame or smoke.
Cooking happens across four techniques: direct embers, wood-dome smoking, wood-fired grilling and a Josper grill. USDA Prime cuts come off the coals, and the sea is handled just as seriously, from wood-fired lobster and U3 shrimp to octopus with salsa macha oil and a local catch of the day cooked on a grilling rack.
Around the fire the kitchen builds a longer meal, with smoked burrata, spicy beef empanadas and a 'Lucifer' tomahawk flambeed tableside, paired with a farm-to-glass cocktail program and boutique wines. A seven-course tasting menu walks through the same techniques, and chillout music sets an easy pace as the sun goes down over the terrace.
Craft opens at 4:00 PM, closing at 11:00 PM on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and at midnight on Friday and Saturday; the kitchen is closed on Tuesdays. Tell us your date and party size, and our Los Cabos partner is here to help with the reservation.
