Designed by Sordo Madaleno and hung with hundreds of Baja-inspired artworks and sculptures, the resort is terraced into the coastline above the Sea of Cortez. That airy, art-filled setting carries into the dining room, which reaches well past the usual bar for hotel dining.
Chef Martin Arellano leads the kitchen, drawing on his Veracruz upbringing and the resources of the Baja peninsula. The cooking leans fresh, local and sustainable, built on Baja ingredients and locally caught seafood.
