La Vaquita is the cow-themed party bar on the downtown Cabo San Lucas marina strip, a short walk from El Squid Roe and Mandala. The name means "the little cow," and the club leans into it with an irreverent, laid-back attitude that keeps this corner of the boardwalk loud well into the night.
