Kobe, USDA Prime and a raw bar with sea views at Km 5 of the Tourist Corridor
Harry's Prime Steakhouse and Raw Bar opened in Los Cabos in May 2025, set at Km 5 of the Tourist Corridor with panoramic views of the sea. The terraces look straight out over the water and come into their own at sunset.
The beef program is the reason to come. A5 Japanese Kobe, never frozen, sits alongside USDA Prime and Australian Jack's Creek, including Jack's Creek Wagyu rib eye and fillet, with a large-format Jack's Creek Tomahawk finished with Cowboy butter made to share and dry-aged New York cuts on the Prime list.
The raw bar runs the other half of the table: Alaskan king crab, stone crab claws, U10 shrimp cocktail, hamachi sashimi, caviar service, and oysters that include the Pacific Blue and Yemaya, two varieties served only in Los Cabos. Hot plates such as Caribbean lobster risotto and grilled octopus keep the seafood side as serious as the steak.
Later the piano bar takes over, with live piano music and cocktails Thursday through Saturday from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM. A table on the ocean-view terrace at sunset is the seat to ask for. Tell us your date and party size, and our Los Cabos partner is here to help with the reservation.
