Oceanfront prime steakhouse and raw bar on the Corridor
Harry's Prime Steakhouse and Raw Bar is the oceanfront steakhouse Grupo Anderson's brought to Los Cabos in 2025, set at Km 5 of the Tourist Corridor with the Pacific and Land's End filling the windows. The dining room runs warm and low-lit, all wood and leather, and the terrace is built for sunset.
The beef program is the reason to come. Certified Kobe, Australian Jack's Creek Wagyu and USDA Prime anchor the menu, cut to order and finished over high heat, with a large-format Tomahawk made to share and a case of dry-aged cuts on display.
The raw bar runs the other half of the table: Baja oysters, king crab and stone crab, jumbo shrimp, and tuna and hamachi sashimi, iced and shucked to order. It is the rare Cabo steakhouse where the seafood is as serious as the steak.
Later the piano bar takes over, with live music Thursday through Saturday, an agave-forward cocktail list and a sommelier-led wine program. A table on the ocean-view terrace at sunset is the seat to ask for.
