Downtown Cabo's two-level hip hop nightclub
Crush Nightspot is downtown Cabo's loudest room, a two-level club on the marina strip inside Plaza Bonita that has run since 2016 and still bills itself as the number-one hip hop spot in town. The pink-neon facade is a landmark on the walk up from the marina.
The music leans hip hop, R&B and reggaeton with EDM and party anthems late, and the DJ sets get live musicians over the top, a drummer or a saxophone cutting through the mix, plus go-go dancers, a serious sound and light system, and a free photo booth.
Every night has a theme, from Glow Fridays and Mashup Saturdays to the Locals and Industry weeknights, so the crowd mixes visitors with Cabenos who know the room. The signature move is dancing above the bar, on a raised platform Crush claims is the only one of its kind in town.
