Rosa Negra Cabo is the kind of dinner that turns into a night out. The restaurant is built as a celebration of Latin American culture through its food, its music and its energy, and the RosaNegra name also runs in Tulum, Cancun, Mexico City and Miami.
The menu travels across Latin America, from Mexican tacos and tostadas to Peruvian ceviches and tiraditos, fresh seafood, and cuts from USDA Prime to Japanese Kobe off the charcoal grill, all paired with signature cocktails built on spirits from across the continent. The food is genuinely good, but no one comes only to eat.
This is a high-energy room. The large candlelit terrace, open to the stars, fills with a resident DJ, live bongos, flares and a fire show, and plenty of tables are out to mark something: birthdays, anniversaries, bachelorette parties and big group dinners.
