It is the Dubai outpost of a concept based in Saint-Tropez, opened at the hotel in October 2024, pairing a daytime beach club with an evening restaurant built around live music and DJ sets on a private stretch of sand.
The room follows a bohemian beach-hut style, with light wood, handcrafted furniture and earthy textiles closer to Tulum than a standard hotel terrace. A fully enclosable seaside terrace keeps the dining room comfortable year round, with a dance floor and DJ booth set back from the sand and a separate bar through sunset. Chef Zouhair, who also runs the original Casa Amor in Saint-Tropez, leads a menu of modern Southern French cuisine with Latin touches, built around a live grill and raw bar. Signatures include wagyu bresaola brioche toast, king crab taco, Chef's Zouhair burrata, shrimp konafa in crispy angel hair and grilled wagyu beef tomahawk, plus a tequila cocktail list led by the Amor de Carajillo.
