DREAM pairs a Mediterranean dinner with a nightly live show at Address Beach Resort in JBR.
DREAM is a dinner-and-show restaurant on the ground floor of Address Beach Resort on The Walk in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai. It opened in January 2022 as a late-night dinner and entertainment concept, pairing a full Mediterranean menu from Executive Chef Rifky with a live show that runs through the evening before the room turns into an after-hours party.
The interior is built around a gold staircase that rises to an elevated VIP booth, with 3D projection mapping used through the night to shift the room's mood between acts. Outside, the Garden of Dreams terrace adds a DJ booth and bar with views toward Ain Dubai, serving Mediterranean fare and shisha in the daytime.
Signature plates include the Dream Grilled Seafood Platter with lobster, king crab and tiger prawns in a lemon garlic butter sauce, a Josper-grilled Wagyu Tomahawk, a whole salt-baked sea bass, and a Dream Truffle Pizza available with shaved truffle. Starters range from pan-seared scallops with caviar to a smoked truffle beef tartare, and dessert closes with a 22-karat gold-covered cheesecake. A mixology bar and a wine list running to Chateau d'Yquem Sauternes cover the drinks side.
Doors open Wednesday through Sunday, 8pm to 3am, with the show built around singing, dancing, roller-skating performers and shifting visual projections before the later hours turn into a party. Dress code is smart elegant, and dinner reservations run through DREAM's own SevenRooms booking page ahead of the nightly show.
