Felicita is a Southern Italian restaurant on the lobby level of Address Sky View on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, open since late September 2025. The room is built as a tribute to the food and culture of southern Italy, with a hidden speakeasy bar tucked behind the main dining floor for guests who stay on after dinner.
The dining room is finished in hand painted tiles, playful sculptural details and chandeliers, with a terrace that opens onto the boulevard for aperitivo before service moves indoors. The speakeasy is reached through the restaurant and runs as its own late night room with a separate bar program.
The kitchen serves handmade pastas and southern Italian plates that include fassona tartare, cacio e pepe tartufata, salmone e fregola and linguine all'aragosta, alongside a fiorentina wagyu T-bone and a wagyu tomahawk bistecca built for the table. The bar list runs from house cocktails such as the padua spritz to Sicilian glass service for spirits, and the restaurant also keeps a dedicated shisha menu.
Felicita is closed Mondays and otherwise runs from noon into the early hours, closing at 1 am Tuesday through Thursday and on Sundays, and extending to 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays, with live Italian musicians and DJs on select nights. Reservations run through the restaurant's own booking page, and terrace tables for golden hour aperitivo book out first.
