Greek dining and art at The Club, Palm West Beach on Palm Jumeirah.
Gallery 7/40 sits inside The Club at Palm West Beach on Palm Jumeirah, with a wraparound terrace that looks out over the Arabian Gulf. Curving arches, hand-laid mosaics and art-filled walls run through the room in a nod to Antoni Gaudi, and the space works as part gallery, part beach restaurant, with local and international art on display throughout.
The layout moves between climate-controlled indoor seating and al fresco tables on the terrace, with sun loungers a short walk away for guests who want the beach before or after the meal. It gets livelier as the evening goes on and the terrace fills toward the water, carrying an easy hum from a daytime lunch through to a later dinner.
The kitchen runs Greek and wider Mediterranean cooking built around fresh seafood, with shared plates and classic mezze alongside a Greek-leaning wine list. The dining room and terrace both work for a long lunch or a dressed-up dinner, and the open kitchen keeps the room's energy visible from the tables.
Gallery 7/40 is open from 10:00 to 01:00 Monday through Friday and to 02:00 on weekends. Dress is smart casual inside the restaurant, and reservations run through SevenRooms.
