Il Ristorante sits inside the Bulgari Resort Dubai on Jumeirah Bay Island, the Dubai dining room built on Chef Niko Romito's philosophy of purity, synthesis and lightness. Il Ristorante itself holds two Michelin stars, and Romito's own restaurant in Italy, Reale, holds three.
The design draws on the original Bulgari Hotel in Milan, with floor-to-ceiling windows toward the water and an understated, quiet finish throughout the room.
